Continuting the tradition of MBC, the friends continue to get together to promote harmony and togetherness - and have a jolly good time while doing so! Events to note are usually in the Summer around Mays but keep checking here for more goings-on throughout the year
Annual Reunion Dinner - Friday 13th June 2008 at 7:00pm
This dinner will be in Hall, as ever, on the Friday of May bumps. The cost will be inclusive of drinks in Pepys Cloisters followed by a sumptuous 4 course meal in Hall. Those of you who are light on your feet will be able to catch the W1 races beforehand and be back in time.
May Marquee - Saturday 14th June 2008
The MBC will team together with the College to provide a sumptuous picnic and a excellent place to view the eccentricity that is the Saturday of May Bumps. How else would you want to while away the afternoon after the Annual dinner? The marquee will be in Caius Field on Ditton Corner. Directions:

- Past the Ancient Shepherds
- Keep left of the War Memorial
- Fork right into Jesus Field for cash parking.

Annual Reunion Dinner - Sunday 15th June 2008 at 5:00pm
As you will be aware, this year marks the 180th anniversary of Magdalene Boat Club and also 100yrs since George Mallory was Captain of Boats here (1907-08). To mark this occasion we have decided to throw a garden party, in the Fellows Garden at Magdalene, on Sunday 15th June. This will complete a packed weekend of MBC celebration, with the reunion dinner on the Friday night and the final day of Bumps (complete with marquee) on the Saturday. We hope that the current members of MBC will all be keen to attend and also intend to concentrate on getting as many past Magdalene rowers as possible to come and celebrate with us.
